D73-*     FIRST GBRF 73141 CHARLOTTE & 73213 £8.99/£6.99/£5.99 Electro-Diesel 73141 has had a long history, starting out as E6048, it might just now be more paint than metal! At the end of June 2009 the Class 73 engine transferred from Network Rail to GBRf ownership. The yellow livery was repainted to modern blue with magenta and white lines, making it look better perhaps than ever before. On 11th July at Minehead, GBRf celebrated it's first decade of operations with a naming ceremony - 73141 was named "Charlotte" after company finance assistant, Charlotte Coomber. Two packs for each scale, with the lining pack a separate feature you might want to paint instead - in 4mm OO-scale each colour is 1mm tall. The door kicker plates might best be modelled with our L72-* labels.     The un-named 73213 has now joined the new livery party, with some smaller numbers but otherwise similar details. 73141 itself was re-numbered in the winter of 2009 with the same smaller font.
