Offer Terms & Conditions: Our offers apply to all label, decal and model accessory items on sale through or mentioned in our website, including custom order items. Finished models that are on sale in the Marketplace section of our site, our 3D printing services in our 3D Models section, and Postage & Packing charges are NOT subject to offers and will not be discounted or refunded. Your Instagram ID must be showing as following ours. You may add as many entries with different answers as you like. Only one correctly answered offer question per person per order will be accepted - the highest value offer will be appllied where more than one offer has been correctly answered in any order. Each offer will only be applied once - we will not apply the same offer again to any later orders where you have already qualified for it in an earlier order. An offer is only valid while it appears on our Instagram account - once an offer posting has been removed from Instagram it will no longer be accepted here. In the event that a particular answer changes with further postings made after the offer has been announced, note that your answer must be correct at the time of placing your order to qualify. PayPal can't handle discounts or zero cost items, so a non-refundable charge of 25p will be added to your PayPal shopping Cart for each offer entry submitted here, and discounts will be processed as refunds after payments. Following the processing of payment in full for your order, shipment should usually take only a few days, but in some cases may take several weeks due to PayPal clearing processes - we recommend you avoid the "eCheque" payment method as that often causes long delays. Discount offer refunds will be made via PayPal back to your account on the day that an order is posted. Note that the PayPal shopping cart, as with all links here to other websites, open in new windows. Your system will need to allow "pop-up windows" from this site in order for new windows to open. This feature may be affected by your browser or separate security software, there is usually an option to allow pop-ups from particular sites. The feature is to block annoying adverts, which we do not have.
